"On December 13th, I ordered the baker's dozen box, which was described online as including one tub of simple glamour and one tub of garden veggie shmear. It also mentioned that they would be happy to substitute flavors in-store, which I emphasized in my order. When I arrived at the pickup table, I noticed that I received both tubs of smooth beats instead. I politely asked the person at the table if I could get my veggie shmear as it was supposed to be included. She then told me that I needed to call ahead because it doesn't come with the veggie shmear. She then took one of the unopened tubs of simple beats (which was still on the table) and threw it away, saying that since I didn’t specify, she had to dispose of it. When I spoke to the manager to explain the situation and assert that I was right, she was also rude."

I arrived with my baby in a stroller and my laptop ready for some work and food, only to discover that the entire dining room was closed. I find it a bit odd, especially in March 2022, to have a closed dining area. It seems like they missed out on many customers. I ended up going to Starbucks across the street for my needs.

No matter which Einstein Bros Bagels I visit, I usually have difficulty ordering a bagel with sausage and cheese but no egg. The cashiers often seem confused because their POS system doesn't easily allow removing the egg from a sandwich. However, the cashier at this location handled it expertly. She took her time, figured it out, and realized she needed to ring up the bagel, cheese, and sausage separately to leave out the egg. This not only saved me from paying for something I didn’t want but also knocked a dollar off my sandwich. If you want a place that employs thoughtful staff who can accommodate special requests like no egg, this is definitely the spot.
