It use to be pretty good.lately the quality has taken a nosedive.

The location in Whitwell has closed, but the one in Dunlap is still excellent.

I requested cheese dip three times, and it wasn't brought to me until our food arrived. However, they did offer it for free because of the delay, so I'm giving it two stars.

This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I had to call the waiter just to get a drink, and I waited nearly an hour for my food—only getting it after I reminded them about my order.

It 's usually better but the last visit the service was not that great. Friendly, but slow, disorganized, and our orders were wrong. You could tell our server was trying though and I 'll tolorate that over a server with a don 't care attitude any day. Ver carta

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was the worst I've ever encountered. My chicken was undercooked, and my dad's steak was the same—he had to send it back because it was tough and nearly impossible to cut through. I won’t be returning; I’m very dissatisfied.

The food is consistently tasty! However, the customer service tends to be slow. The sweet tea is always excellent. Pricing can be inconsistent; sometimes we end up paying quite a bit for our meal, while other times we can feed five people for under $30. The cheese dip is the best I've ever had! Plus, their chips are never stale.

Screwed my order up. I literally pointed to what i eanted and told him i wanted the grilled chicken and steak salad no bell peppers n no onions all in english cause the waiter spoke english and they go to give me a taco salad. I refused it and told them that isnt what i ordered. Wont eat at this el metate again. Last time they get my busy! Ver carta
