Loved it!! Excellent service and delicious food!! Congratulations to the staff!

I have visited Pollo Loco at least 69 times since they opened. The service has always been fantastic, and I plan to keep dining in or getting takeout from there in the future.

I absolutely adore El Pollo and believe this particular location is fantastic! The employees are consistently polite and the food is consistently delicious. I have never encountered any issues and visit the restaurant at least three times a week. Ver carta

The meal was satisfying, but unfortunately the large guacamole with chips I ordered was frozen. I attempted to eat it the next day after it thawed, but it had a moldy taste so I had to discard it. It was disappointing to have paid almost $6 for something that ended up in the garbage.

I have been longing for the taste of El Pollo Loco since leaving California. It took 19 years for it to finally arrive here, but it was worth the wait. Not only did I finally get to enjoy a taste of home for dinner, but the staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent!

If you ever order an online order for pickup or doordash, make sure to have the person who picks up the order double checks whats inside! I ordered a huge family meal and the most important part of the meal was the hot salsa’s and they gave us absolutely nothing! We had so many chips but no salsa… Ver carta

The worse place to eat. Got a breast and wing meal and chicken salad. Chicken was dry and hard that I was surprised they would serve it, rice old and dry. The salad was awful, lettuce wet, chicken pieces dry and old it's a disgrace they would pack this to go! Stay far away for this location. No wonder no one was there !!!

good food. .very slow service no matter what day or time i have been there..employees not in a hurry to serve the food..like watching paint dry.and my food was made wrong after waiting forever...went again and this time they warned us there was a 30 minute wait...3 different customers came up to complain before we where done ordering..

ORIGINAL: !!!!!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! I have been a customer at this location since it opened and it has always been decent. However, on New Year's Day, my wife and I ordered two burritos, a small side of mashed potatoes, and a side of mac and cheese for a total of $20. We were disappointed with the quantity and quality of the food for the price. When we tried to return the food for a refund, we were told by Adela that since it was an online order, they could not process it and someone would call us back. It has been 11 days and we have not heard anything. We also tried to contact customer service, but there is no usable information on their website. The contact us form does not work... Ver carta
