El Pollo Loco - Carta

Chicken is very tasty and healthy so that's why I gave it a 2 star and not 1. The reason why it's low is because there is no salsa bar. This isn't a big deal but they limit how much salsa they give you. Not enough salsa to go with your chicken sucks.

Soda taste bad in this location not sure if the soda machine is messed up. Also forgot my sauces at this point will not come back here. Not the first time either they forgot the chicken in the DOUBLE CICKEN SALUDE made me remember why I don’t come here I stay away.

Lived near this establishment for almost 20 years and in all that time they get maybe 50 of orders correct. You should also know that their posted close time is soft. Even if you are there before the posted close time and they put everything away you are out of luck. Ver carta

Came down here for a quick bite, waited in line and finally walked up to order and the associate there suddenly said exact change only or card. I barely had enough time to grab lunch and now this person ruins my day by saying this. I was here five days ago and no one enforced this.

The soda machine it Taste really bad I told one of the workers And I believe one of the managers Came and take a look She was checking if The soda was coming out I told her it's not that it's that taste it tastes really bad she don't even taste it she just left she don't even believe me

Pollo loco good healthy food but is my first time i got a hair in my burrito was the wrong one i ordered avocado one they gave me chipotle i was going to eat it but then that f hair took it back i told them tgey replaced but after 15 min. el pollo worst loco location I was there before. manager has no meaning. I ordered thru laufwerk thru, asked for my meal a certain wise. the manager says cashiers that they only ignore special requests. they just say that some push it through. makes her own rules as if it weren't a company restaurant. she will probably go to this place in rent!

we are not from this area as we were driving through the city on the freeway and did a quick google search because we wanted to stop over for an early dinner. the shopping center was packed with parking and the majority of the parking spaces were filled but luckily near el pollo loco and the mcdonald's next door it had some spots available. i did give the restaurant a 3 star because i feel the chicken, salad and other sides we ordered were just okay. they didn't taste as flavorful or fresh and hot as we have gotten them previously and from other locations. the staff was also pretty mediocre without a proper greeting but just asking me what i ordered and my name because i placed my order on t...

I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be, but unfortunately, I have to make a drive because the customer service at El Pollo Loco store 5615 is consistently poor and lacks people skills. During my last visit, I ordered a 16-piece meal and an 8-piece family meal. I was only given 6 tiny containers of salsa, despite the receipt stating a total of 14 - 7 house salsa and 7 avocado salsa. When I asked Alicia for more salsa, she ignored me and claimed she was too busy and not allowed to give extra. She charged us extra for only 6 containers, which I found completely unacceptable.
