El Pollo Loco - Carta

I placed an online order, and everything was packed carefully in the bag. The chicken was delicious!

The chicken is excellent and the portion sizes are good. I really enjoy the $5 pollo bowl (I believe it’s available online only) as well as their burritos.

It took 20 minutes and a conversation with a server to receive my food, which was tasty! However, the entire time I was there, the restaurant had a strong smell of sewage. Ver carta

Drive throu make very convenient for lunch ordering. First time trying out this fast food drive throu. Ordered 2 pieces with 3 sides and drink. Grilled chicken is tasty, no complaints! Strongly recommended !!

We asked for no sour cream and double chicken, funny enough there seemed to be sour cream and barely any chicken, I recall there being more chicken previously. The churro was yummy but the tostada has gotten smaller. Decent food overall and serviceassociates were pretty friendly.

Ordered for curbside pickup. Came right on time, but nobody came deliver my food. Called the restaurant and told to come inside to pick up since nobody available. Went to the front door but locked. Then told to go to drive up. Finally after half hour, got my prepaid order. After got home, realized missing a churro. Ver carta

We asked for no sour cream and extra chicken, but ironically, our order came with sour cream and very little chicken. I remember there being more chicken in the past. The chorizo was delicious, but the tostada portion was smaller than I expected. Overall, the food was good, and the service staff were very friendly.

Yesterday, I had the chance to try a Queso Blanco Burrito for the first time here in the USA. The food was absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, the restaurant didn't have air conditioning. With the intense heat in California, I found myself sweating the entire time I was eating. I really hope they consider turning on the air conditioning during my next visit to make the dining experience more comfortable.

The employee at the drive-thru window was very rude and unhelpful while taking my order, claiming he couldn't hear me properly. His manner was disrespectful. When I asked to speak to a manager at the window, he asserted that he was the manager and introduced himself as Fernando, but he didn't have a name tag or badge. He looked to be in his early twenties, with dark hair and Latino features. I addressed his unprofessional behavior and told him I would be reaching out to the company about my experience. Ver carta
