"The food at Elizabeth's was much better and faster than what I have in my hometown. However, I didn't like that everyone, including dine-in customers, had to order at the register. I called in my order and stopped by during my lunch break to pick it up. Unfortunately, there were three customers in front of me who had never been there before, so they took a long time to decide what to order. Meanwhile, the other cashier was handling phone orders. I think something needs to change with this setup to improve the flow."

I'm from NY, so I had to see how the pizza looked. If it's not a big triangle, it probably sucks. You have the big triangle with decent cheese. I also had the ravioli and it's good?.

Staff could try and smile a little more. I felt like the young him/he was staring a hole through me a couple of years back when I was younger and did not know better. Oh yes! Nice young she/her that provided table service.

Finally found a great pie in this area, absolutely wonderfully cooked pizza. Do not be fooled like I was, not all Elizabeth?s pizzas are created equal. I was not impressed when I tried the Greensboro location at all but this location is awesome. Best pizza I?ve had in North Carolina.

Its just not worth it. I have given them so many tries to redeem themselves but as of this day i will never be a customer again. I ordered a cheesesteak as always which they have only one size and i always ask for extra meat. If I'm going to be paying $15 for one sandwich i expect a nice amount of meat. But they disappoint every time! I wouldn't recommend but to each there own!
