"I literally rated everything NIE, but I decided if I did, it would be for Emilys. I lived in Hastings for several years, beginning when I started class 4th, and left the summer before my junior year in high school (I am now 23). Apart from my friends, Emily was what my family most missed. We went there with my grandparents every Saturday. It was tradition. You would order a dozen almond cakes and then let us grandchildren choose a donut and a cookie for the next day. When my whole family (Aunts, Uncle, Grandparents and Siblings) all moved to Texas, we wondered how we would fix our Emily, as nothing compared to her run! Luckily, my best friend still lives in Minnesota, so when I go and visit her, I bring about 3 dozen almond otters home, and about 25 raisin molasses. Thanks for never changing Emily's Bakery. Because your staff is always so helpful (especially when it comes to my massive commands), and to help us relive our days in Minnesota!"

Lots of baked goodiesWe had the breakfast items.a burrito, quiche and a sausage sandwich. I mistakenly assumed this was a breakfast joint.

Had lunch at Emily today and tried the rueben soup so well! I should have bought an additional container! My panini was also excellent, but this soup! Yum!

Have stopped at Emily’s on the way to La Crosse for 40 years. Always great, fresh doughnuts and cakes. Love the smiley cookies, apple turnovers with heavy frosting, old fashion chocolate doughnuts date cookies and so much more. Just bought and learned about Paczkis a nice seasonal treat!

Emily's Bakery has done a fantastic job with our wedding cake and cupcakes! We spent time through a catalog of cake designs and selected 3 flavors of cupcakes chocolate, vanilla and marble. Our guests loved the cupcakes! Emily's was certainly the cheapest option we found and we had a simple delivery from there at our reception location in the Dakota Pines Golf Club in the city. I would recommend Emilys for your wedding or even for a dessert in Hastings. You have great donuts! But you might want to get there early before they run out. The donuts are very popular with locals.
