Fareast Fuzion Sushi Lounge

This place is a bit expensive but so far I would say this has been the best sushi i've had tried since coming to ABQ. Everything was fresh and amazing.

This is definitely one of my preferred dining spots! The food is consistently amazing, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there’s a fantastic fish tank that enhances the overall ambiance.

I truly love the food at this restaurant. It's a family-owned establishment, and you can really taste the freshness in every dish. The presentation is always beautiful, and the portion sizes are very generous. We are huge sushi enthusiasts, but we hadn’t had much luck in Albuquerque until we found Fareast Fuzion! Their sushi rolls are fantastic, boasting amazing flavors and some truly unique combinations. In my opinion, this might be the best vegetarian and vegan sushi I’ve ever had. It’s a family-owned restaurant with fast service and a great openness to accommodating vegetarian customers. If you’re a sushi lover, you’ll absolutely appreciate the extensive variety they provide.

I had high expectations for this restaurant based on the reviews, but my experience was disappointing. I'm not sure if it was just an off night, but the sushi I had was among the worst I've ever tasted. It was poorly made and had a mushy texture, definitely lacking in freshness. The worst part was the soft shell crab roll we ordered; it looked like an unappetizing green-grey mess. I ended up tossing most of it because I was concerned about getting sick. I would suggest avoiding this place.

Pleasantly surprised! Everything had a delicate balanced flavour, just like how I’ve had in Asia! We got the Alaska roll, drunken noodles and the Udon noodle soup. The sushi was well made and filling and the drunken noodles were spicy and tangy! There was so much of the udon that I wasn’t able to finish it! Very true to original flavours and the presentation and serving size was awesome and filling! Yummy affordable food that was well balanced and had vegetables in every dish! Perfect! They were polite, respectful, and attentive throughout my visit. My order was taken swiftly and prepared in no time. Everything was neatly packaged, complete with utensils and condiments, all provided without me even having to ask. The exterior of the restaurant was pristine, with no litter or dirt in sight. Overall, my experience was delightful. A big shoutout to the entire team, especially Charlene, for taking such excellent care of my order.

I ... Cannot ... Believe I 've Neve heard of this place before recently. I 've been here twice now and both times the food was simply beyond phenomenal! Being a vegetarian, tofu is often my only option. And I 'm not a big fan of it in most Asian places because I don 't usually like how it 's made. I don 't know what exactly these guys do differently, but whatever it is, it 's the main reason I will be going again and again and again.
