Firehouse Subs - Carta

My first Firehouse Sub at all. Tastes like a cheap sub for a lot of money. The meat was tasteless and the bread, why dry and plough. The role crawled when I ate it. It also had a strange sweet taste. Not impressed and I didn't finish it.

My favorite Firehouse Sub location. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The sandwiches and salads are really delicious! You can sit down here and be served your meal after you order at the register. Easy access and plenty of free parking.

I really enjoy the Firehouse Brand, but the hours at the Biddeford location are quite frustrating. Why do they close at 7 PM? It's a bit odd. I hope they adjust their hours soon so I can visit more often and enjoy the food, as they’re only open when I’m working. Ver carta

Firehouse Subs in Biddeford is our new go to on our way to Southern Maine. Subs are always delicious and consistent no matter what day or time you stop by. Firehouse is not your typical sub shop. Meats are lean and delicious. Toppings are fresh and plentiful. The wheat bread is flavorful and fresh. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Absolutely the best sub chain going.

Although the prices are a bit high because some of the proceeds go to the firefighter's club, I was disappointed by the quality of the meat at this restaurant. I ordered a medium-sized barbecue beef sandwich with Cheddar cheese for $13.00 and was expecting more meat for the price. Unfortunately, the sandwich looked unappetizing and the meat was overly salty, although it was tender and flavorful. The service was average. I appreciate that my feedback is being heard, but it seems that no changes are being made to address these issues. I have seen similar complaints from others and it appears that the problems persist. I may consider giving this restaurant a second chance in the future.

I understand that the prices are a bit steep because a portion of the profits goes to the Firefighters' Association, but could they be a bit more generous with the meat? I ordered a medium barbecue beef brisket with cheddar cheese, which set me back $13.00. For that price, I expected a larger portion! I really regret not taking a photo of that meager sandwich! I would give this restaurant zero stars if possible. The service here is absolutely terrible. My order has been incorrect every single time. Despite telling them about my allergies and specifically asking for no cheese, they still managed to put cheese on my sandwiches. On my most recent visit, they had to remake my sandwich twice because they made mistakes both times. I informed them about my allergy when ordering, yet they still included cheese. When I asked for a new sandwich due to my allergy, they simply removed the melted cheese from the original sandwich and transferred it to a new one.
