"I was disappointed during my visit tonight. I placed a call-in order at 8:30, and when I arrived, my total was $35. I handed the cashier a $100 bill, but he informed me that they cannot accept hundreds due to some counterfeit bills that had slipped through. I asked if they had a marker to test the bills, but he said no. Instead of going to Walmart to buy one of those $2 money markers, they simply refuse to accept $100 bills. Just a heads-up for Firehouse: counterfeit bills don't only come in the $100 denomination."

For the second time in two weeks, we got dry, flavorless sandwiches from this Firehouse location. We ordered takeout; otherwise, I would have requested a refund. I'm not sure what's happening, but we won't be returning.

So I tried a new sandwich (to me) from this location. Let me just say it was perfect. Tried the same sandwich at a diff location n it wasn't as good as the one I had here. Employees were great. Had questions abt the app part and wereknowledgeable to explain the whole thing to me.

Make sure to get your receipt went in order 4 large subs all combos paid 57 dollars get home and they are not large sandwich and refuse to do anything even though we just left not even 15 minutes ago nothing has been eaten but because we didn't get thereceipt we only got half the food we paid for

Today, when I called the restaurant, a man answered the phone and was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. He kept interrupting me and wouldn't allow me to finish my questions. I was trying to inquire about my coupon. Honestly, I'd prefer to get service from McDonald's over how he spoke to me. Ver carta

The food at this restaurant is delightful, fresh, and served promptly. I had the chicken bacon ranch medium sub on weizen, while my partner chose the beef-coochdar briquette medium on wheat. The wait time was minimal, and the dining experience was excellent. We’re really pleased we decided to stop here for a quick meal.

I recently tried a new sandwich at this restaurant and it was simply outstanding. I had sampled the same sandwich at another location before, but it couldn't compare to how delicious it was here. The staff were excellent; they answered all my questions about the menu from the app and provided clear explanations for everything.

"We came to Ruth Chris Mobile on a Tuesday evening. Upon entering the restaurant we were met with not one, but two signs that cell phones are not allowed in the dining room. As we are seated, there is ANOTHER homemade sign on the table, literally right in the middle of the table asking for the same. After ordering our meal, we were greeted by the manager asking if we were enjoying our time. Nothing wrong with that. After our meal was served my girlfriend decided to go ahead and take a picture of the food to post on social media to friends. Not 5 seconds after picking up her phone the manager rushed over asking why she was taking pics of the food and disrupting our meal. We put the phone down and ate, ordered dessert, had a good time. However i was very displeased that the manager felt the need to rush over and ask about pics or try and enforce some horrible policy about cell phone use at the table. I've been to many world class restaurants who weren't a Ruth Chris in Mobile and never had a silly policy like this in place. It's not like we were in LA and snapping pics of celebrities at 7 pm on a Tuesday night in Mobile. This policy makes zero sense, is class less when done with two signs in the front and silly cards on the table. Then to have the manager come and interrupt our meal about taking pics of THEIR food which we were proud to eat and show off. Its tacky, low grade and felt like a cafeteria policy with an angry lunch lady coming to enforce it in the middle of our $300 tab."

"This restaurant wasn't the worst I've been to, but it's definitely far from the best. We stopped by while attending a conference in Mobile. The food was on the pricier side, the portion sizes were average, and the fried dishes were lacking in flavor. The mac and cheese, which had received a lot of hype, was a disappointment—it tasted like Stouffer's. The camp salad had a unique twist with heart of palm, which reminded me of artichoke, although it wasn't nearly as delicious. I won't be returning."

"I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is amazing, especially the guacamole, corn and avocado salad, and various tacos. The guacamole is the best I have ever had outside of Texas. They have a really interesting selection of beers that I enjoyed. The service was great, even on a busy night with a concert at the Saenger. Our food arrived promptly and we never had to wait for drinks. The staff was very friendly."

"I visited this restaurant in the summer and had a fantastic experience. Knowing I would be back in October for a conference, I was eager to return. When I arrived at 5:30 without a reservation, the manager informed me that I could either sit at the bar or at a 2-person table, but the table had a reservation for 7. Despite the early hour, it seemed like the staff was concerned about seating us. The food was average at best. We ordered fried green tomatoes and requested them plain with the sauce on the side. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were thickly sliced and the batter was bland. There was also fried mozzarella between the tomato slices. The sauce served with the tomatoes was subpar. My Caesar salad with grilled shrimp was decent, but my coworker's Caesar with blackened chicken was tasty. We both enjoyed our sweet tea, but the mashed potatoes we ordered as a side were disappointing. The service was mediocre, and overall, we left feeling unsatisfied. I doubt I will give this restaurant another try in the future."
