The customer service is excellent, the food quality is reliable, and the restrooms are well-maintained. I always choose this place when I'm craving a sandwich. Ver carta

The location, customer service, and staff were all absolutely terrible. When we arrived at 8:20 a.m., we were rudely informed that they were only serving cold subs, accompanied by a dismissive expression. I understand it was late, but they were still open. This place really needs a complete overhaul with people who actually want to be there.

Came here with my mom whose a picky eater. She demanded going to a Subway, I said let's check this place out. So glad I did!! We opted for the firehouse combo where we got a small sandwich and chili on the side. Both sandwiches ordered were delicious and the atmosphere was nice and calm. The service was friendly and fast. The only downside is they forgot the bacon on my sandwich, but everything else was great!

What bummed me out today I asked for a Medium Coke and the trainer didn't understand me so I left without a drink. When ask I needed anything else. If they didn't understand they ask. I did add a tip and really regret it. I did a test with all the sub sandwich. Firehouse Sub was my number 1. Yep disappointed. Now I have to tell my friends to go to the other top 2 because it's touch and go if you get your full order. Ver carta

My husband ordered a steak and cheese for me with toppings I wanted that was different from the specialty steak and cheese. Apparently you have to Specifically say, I would like to customize my sandwich or they will build the specialty and not put anything you requested on there. I asked for Monterey Jack cheese, cucumbers, banana peppers and BBQ sauce. As you can see in the photo there isn 't any cucumbers, no BBQ and No cheese. I called to see if they can make this right. The manager said they cannot! What kind of manager wouldn 't want to make a customer happy? This one! Stay away from this location.

I ordered my subs online, which I will learn a headache. My orders are always wrong or missing, no matter what restaurant it is. First I want them to stop putting online orders on the door, grab for everyone. No one has verified that it was my order that I have taken.. means that someone could go in, see the name and say yes that I am. Secondly, I added cucumbers to my Italian sub and had none. The sub was delicious and very delicate. I noticed the gluten-free bread. I enjoyed the sub.. just disappointed I didn't get the added page. It was three employees working and they didn't look at me.
