I ordered for pick-up, and everything was fresh and tasty. However, when we got to the car, we realized that two sandwiches were missing. We went back inside, and they had them ready for us. Ver carta

The subs at this place are outstanding. Every time I've been there, I've received excellent service and savored some delicious sandwiches. Thank you! In my opinion, the Engineer on wheat is their top sandwich.

The staff was incredibly friendly during my visit. The three girls attending to us were exceptionally sweet. I ordered a slider, and my girlfriend opted for the Italian dish—both were fantastic. However, I've noticed that prices seem to be skyrocketing everywhere. It's a bit concerning. Overall, we had a great experience! Ver carta

The food and staff deserve more stars then available! It was our first time eating at a Firehouse Sub and it blew us away! They even gave our kids little Fire Chief hats!! Can't wait till the Joplin (where we reside) opens their store! They have have big shoes to fill when it comes to the customer service at the O'Fallon location!

The girl who made my sandwich called my name, explained my bread had been messed up, apologized and gave me a free coupon to return. I was so impressed! I never would have known there was an issue but she went above and beyond my expectations by far! Then as I was eating my sandwich the cashier came out to collect trays, stopped and asked me how I liked the food and invited me to return! I was extremely pleased, will tell my friends and family and will definitely return! Great job!

I'm disappointed to share that this location has really fallen off lately. This past month was especially frustrating. The staff was rude and appeared to argue over trivial issues, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. The sandwiches I ordered were messy and not prepared correctly. When I raised my concerns with the owner, instead of providing an apology, they just complained, which certainly explains the staff's behavior. While writing a review takes time, it's unacceptable to pay good money for such poor service and incompetence. Ver carta
