"Beware this location I’m a student at HBU. The ASIAN Male Manager is A WEIRDO creating problems for no reason.. made a whole scene and had to call the Owner because I asked for an extra slice of TOMATO at a SANDWICH place. If I was the OWNER I’d fire him for wasting my time with pettiness.. the employees are nice and knew that the manager was being weird. You can tell the employees dislike the Asian Manager. customers and employee felt uncomfortable because they knew what that was all about.. anti black Asian Manager.. I handled it with grace but if you just want to get a sandwich I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also paid $10.27 for the Sandwich Chips and Racism Combo. Slightly outrageous ?"

A very different alternative if you are tired of Subway. Their subs have more flavor and they have a nice selection of spicy sauces numbered from 1 to 10.

This location is very unprofessional and combative. The employees will argue with you about orders being incorrect. Simply unprofessional and hard to deal with employees.

Hispanic employees are rude. Always gives you a ugly face to see. Don't say thank you or hello. Looks like they were tortured to work there. You're just nice to other Hispanic customers? Ver carta

Was having a rough day and had a lot to carry, but the staff were very nice and attentive. Elizabeth was the one who stood out the most and was there to help out with everything I needed. Just wanted to write a review on how appreciative I am.

Hispanic female in window today 1747 needs retraining. Just tells what you want and dispute your order. This is the second encounter with her recently. Rude and need not be in contact with customers until training is completed and approved. Other staff is great Ver carta

Went through the drive through and ordered a brownie. The lady forgot to put it in the bag. No big deal I still had my receipt so I went back in. They literally told me I way lying and they gave all of their brownies out. Why would I lie over $1.99? I couldn't believe it smh.

EXCELLENT from start to finish. Spoke to Kathy on the phone to place catering order. She was nice, knowledgeable about the platters, pleasant to speak with and had an amazingly positive attitude. Food arrived on time, everything tasted great. Some of the freshest catering we have ever had. Definitely recommend giving them a try. I have eaten in the restaurant before so choosing them to cater our event was an easy choice. Always clean and neat. Stop by and give it a try. I really like it when I walk in the door and hear Welcome to Firehouse ! Something other restaurants never to do. It 's a nice added touch on behalf of the staff.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
