The size of the Flan for $5 is laughable. Cafe con leche was solid, though. Won't return.

The food was amazing. The Timba is a neat twist on the traditional guava y queso combo. The Cuban was perfect. The flan was really good and I hope to go back many more times and try all the different flavors.I just wish they had more seating! Ver carta

Took a road trip and found this place thanks to reviews on social media. What a great place. Owners and staff were great and friendly. Food was amazing. Love me some horchata and theirs was so delicious. Flans, cheese and everything that touched mytongue was delicious. This place is a must! We?ll make the 2 hour drive to go back!

This family owned operated restaurant won 't be a best kept secret for long. The food is delicious. The service is friendly. The menu offers variety. Breakfast served all day. Try their breakfast Cuban sandwich. Last but certainly not least try the flanwhich comes in a variety of flavors(menu Pic attached). Also try the Timba...oh my I could go on forever. Enjoy!

This is hands down the best Cuban restaurant! The customer service exceeded our expectations. Esther, the manager, is fantastic at her job. She even took the time to ask for my daughter and my names for our next visit. We will definitely return to try the fried rice and experience more of their amazing service. this place is wonderful in all honesty. the experience was great from beginning to end. my man and I went around 2 and it was booming, but we could still sit and enjoy our lunch. my absolute favorit was the “Hähnchen-Elanada” it was so good I forgot to make a picture. the sandwiches we ate (elena 1985 island boy) were full of taste and have not been disappointed in any case. the coffee was made exactly how I like it (the Latin wise,) the juice was all natural, the flan was by far one of the most amazing flaans I had in tampa and the service was constantly on point. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have lived in Tampa all my life. Recently, I had a discussion with some old friends about the best Cuban food in town. Flan Factory was my friend's top choice, so I decided to give it a try. He was absolutely correct. The Cuban sandwich was exceptional and has become my new favorite in Tampa. The slow-roasted pork in the sandwich was incredibly flavorful. The sweet potato fries were delicious. We also tried two different flavors of flan, both of which were outstanding. Mama Ester was very kind and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Flan Factory is a hidden gem in Tampa. I highly recommend stopping by, you won't be disappointed.

come here if you want to be treated like family!!!if I could give a higher score, I would. I originally saw this place on tiktok and wanted to try because of my flan obsession. My sister and I went… and let me just tell you, we were immediately treated like family. The staff explained the entire menu and we wanted to try everything they suggested. The entire staff are the kindest and most helpful people. We got our apps and entrees and wowowowowow we were blown away. The fried rice is to die for. I think i’ve nearly tried every sandwich (Mojo pork is my personal fav). And the flan!!! I got orange, original, pistachio, nutella, and cafe con leche.
