Floret - Carta

It’s nice that SeaTac Airport has a legit vegan restaurant! The black bean burger is very delicious and the restaurant is very easy to find next to A1. In the future, I plan on showing up to the airport early just to dine here before boarding my flight

This grab and go is a great stop in the Seattle airport close to A and B gates. We loved the spicy hummus vegan wrap, tasty warm quiche, fresh veggies and hummus and chocolate croissant. So nice to have fresh tasty options in the airport. Great, quick service too.

Service was good, yam fries were a good preflight snack. HOWEVER, If you get a drink to-go make sure to ask for LESS ice cause what is this The lemonade was good, as you saw I drank it all. But let's be serious, if I'm down bad enough to be paying $5 for a lemonade at an airport please don't give me a cup of ice Ver carta

This is the ONLY coffee shop in an airport that I can compare to a craft coffee outside of the airport. I travel a lot and am always happy to come to Seattle so I can stop here when I deplane and prior to boarding. The fancy breakfast sandwich is great as well! We stopped here multiple times during our travels to and fro. The lavender oat milk latte is an elegant pick me up and the black bean burger is delicious. Our server was very attentive and the dining area cozy. The to-go menu is also excellent and includes souvenirs like stickers and the most delicious chocolate bars from Wildwood. Highly recommended, especially for vegetarian and vegan options.

I can see why this is the highest rated restaurant at SeaTac. Service was prompt and friendly, and my server was knowledgeable about ingredients and how to cater around dietary restrictions when placing the order. I had the black bean burger with added avocado and it was a good combo of flavors. This is also usually my go-to spot for a latte on the way through when I don't have as much time to dine in. SOOOO Glad to have Floret at the SEA airport. I usually get pastry from their Floral Bakery store located in Beacon Hill. The waitress at Floret was super nice and welcoming, we felt relaxed hanging there before our flight at night. I purchased the grab go pastry last year at the side bakery check out, I found out on my flight that they gave me the plain croissant instead of what I had ordered. But their pastry tastes good.

I decided to try out Floret for dinner after my favorite item was removed from the menu at Brewtop Social, and I'm thrilled that I did! The atmosphere at the cafe was very cozy and the service was excellent. I kept trying to empty my water glass, but it was always promptly refilled. Every dish I ordered was amazing. The yam fries were outstanding, served piping hot with ketchup and herb dipping sauces. The spinach artichoke dip with homemade chips was fantastic! I also shared a pasta dish that was incredibly large - the picture I posted is only half of it, as I couldn't even finish my portion. This restaurant is amazing. It is exactly what you hope for when eating at an airport restaurant, but it actually delivers and exceeds expectations. The food is flavorful, the service is excellent, and the prices are fair for the quality. I went around 3pm and had a late lunch, the portions are huge. Everything is fresh and well-seasoned, and the herb aioli is fantastic. I highly recommend the veggie burger, and it's worth the extra $2 to add both Tillamook cheddar and avocado. The service was exceptional, the staff was very nice, friendly, and attentive. I wish other sit-down restaurants had service like this. I never expected such great service at an airport, but they really impressed me.... Ver carta
