"On July 13, 2018, we dined as a party of three for the first time during midday. As locals, we had high expectations. Our waitress, Brook, was professional and courteous, but unfortunately, our meals were not served together. When I inquired about this, Brook explained that the cook had instructed her to bring out the first meal. This raised some concerns about the kitchen's training. We ended up waiting long enough for one of the meals to get cold before the other two were served. Brook seemed displeased when we asked her to reheat the cold meal in the microwave for 30 seconds. After about five minutes, she finally brought out the reheated dish. We spent nearly $100 and left Brook a reasonable tip, but we also informed her that we wouldn’t be returning."

"I want to start out by saying that I'm all for supporting local restaurants and despite this review, hope you decide to try this place out. I'm hoping my review captures the attention of management so they can make corrections and continue to stay in business. Experience was absolutely not good. First, it took about 15 minutes for service to acknowledge us, despite walking past several times. Another 10 went by before I walked inside to ask for menus where I waited several minutes while two employees where chatting with each other until I just grabbed the menus for myself. Our server originally had an attitude though improved some by the end of the meal. I should note, there were 2 full tables inside and 4 outside. They were not busy. My party (of 3 showed up at 12:30 and didn't eat until 1:45! On for the food, I got their #1 best thing on menu according to server The Paradise burger. It had NO flavor, and I added pepper jack cheese, grilled onion, Mayo and tomato. (And, no, I do not have covid with loss of taste and smell! . It just wasn't good! The truffle fries were also super disappointing... the oil they are using prob is cheap or maybe old. So, try out this spot but if you think they failed you like they failed me, let em know so they can keep working at it. We need good restaurants in the lower keys!"

It felt chaotic and unorganized, which added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for dinner."

Most customers seem to prefer takeout. The entire complex focuses on wellness, featuring not only this cafe but also a wellness center that offers Yoga, Zumba, massages, and more. Additionally, there's a health center that provides services like nutritional facials, reflexology, and Reiki."
