"I’ve been to Fogo many times. This was my worst experience to date. My reservation meant nothing. I arrived on time, then waited 30 minutes after my reservation as they clearly sat people in the order they arrived even without a reservation. I know this because the 2 people who arrived before me said they didn’t have a reservation and were seated before me with the same number in their party. My server was absolutely awful. She asked for our drink order, took our menus away and pointed to the salad bar. Never asked if we had dined at a Brazilian steakhouse before. Asked no questions just told us there’s the salad bar. We never received plates for our steak. We had to go get them from the salad bar. We asked for our check twice. She literally sat in a corner and ignored me (there were only 3 tables remaining in the restaurant so she saw me). Another server came over to ask if he could help. I told him I’d asked for the check twice. He said he would take care of it. He went to our server who then seemed annoyed that we had asked for our check. She then gave our check to someone else to bring to us. The food is not what is used to be. The pichana has been my favorite dish forever. It was poorly seasoned this time. Most of the meat was. There are too many places with better service for the experience I had."

Alicia, who I'm assuming, is the restaurant GM has excellent skills in tuning in to customer service needs, making the fogo experience even more enjoyable, and your watiers likejose and others who's names we didn't get to catch is the reason we keep coming back please don't ever change

Not like it used to be. We pay full price for the meal. We asked for filet and ribeye steaks about 4 times. They keep on bringing back other meat until we are full then the filet and ribeyes came out. Once when we already full. What a rip off. 380 dollars bill later for 4 people with 60 dollars tips. a busy bustier restaurant with a very attentive staff. when the customer left the table, was immediately deleted and set up for the next waiting glow. the salatable is excellent and the meat cuts are very good. this was a birthday party and they gave us a free dessert as a birthday present. we are coming back in a definitiw.

The service has degraded over the years to the point where our New Year’s Eve dinner was high lighted by nonexistent service. Never saw our waiter, had to basically serve ourselves for china, hunt down some one to get dessert, etc. complained to staff and there was a bill adjustment but that doesn’t compensate for the unexpected poor experience

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
