"My son lives in Sebring, so we decided to stop by the Roost for brunch, and I’m happy to say it was a fantastic choice! Everything on the menu looked tempting. We started with the cheese bites and fried green tomatoes, both of which were delicious, especially with the homemade ranch dressing! Everything we ordered was incredible! I can’t wait to bring my husband back on our next visit. I've included some photos of a few of our meal choices. The staff was also very friendly! We loved our time at the Roost!"

This restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food. My experience was for lunch, and the price per person was around $20–30. I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5, along with the service and atmosphere, which also received a 5. I highly recommend trying the Grits Bowl!

We always eating at the roost. We love the food and the waitresses. The staff is like family. On Sunday is usually always busy but what restaurant isn't. You can get a good meal for a fare price. The restaurant has a contemporary yet cozy atmosphere, with friendly and attentive service. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are very reasonable, plus the food was enjoyable! It might just be the best restaurant in the area for a 15-mile radius or more. Just be sure to pay attention when you're looking for it, as the building is quite unassuming and easy to overlook.
