"We dined on August 2nd for a meal with my husband during our honeymoon week, just a day after our wedding. We were attended to by Vivienne, who came by a little later during our stay and seemed pleased that we had chosen their restaurant to celebrate our special occasion. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, along with garlic bread, onion rings, and fries. Unfortunately, we underestimated the portion sizes, and when our food arrived, it took up the entire table! We managed to finish half the plate and most of the sides, and we took home the leftovers in doggy bags. When we received the bill, Vivienne kindly gave us a 50% discount, so we only paid about £16 for the meal. Everything was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We enjoyed the leftovers today after a long walk home. Thanks to the staff for making our special journey memorable, especially Vivienne and Mr. Jordan!"

great food and service as always. this place is a loan to the old market. the pasta is beautiful, like the burgers, are launched decent size.

The food is excellent and very tasty. We requested vinegar for our fries, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. However, as long as the food remains great, that's what matters! Ver carta

To top it off, our coffee arrived only after we had finished our breakfast, and it was cold as well. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. A server did come by to check if everything was okay, but since it was a special occasion, I didn’t want to create a scene, so I just said it was fine. We even saw the chef handling cooked bacon with his bare hands and placing it on a plate under the warming lights, which did not give us much confidence in food safety.

we went for a Mother's breakfast, eating was cold, sitting on the top for 5 minutes before someone brought it to us, (didn’t know it was ours at the time) bacon web asked for well made and came underboiled, 3 tiny mushroom-laughing in comparison to photo in the menu, a freshly cooked roasted egg, one that was sitting around, we had been cold in the menu. very very disappointed and would not recommend going there. we had a server coming and asking was in order, I didn't want to be a fuss because of the special occasion, so simply said was in order. we even saw the chief handle cooked speck with his hands and put it on a plate under the warming lights!
