The service was slow, and the food was just average—not particularly memorable. For a dine-in experience at dinner, the price per person was between $20 and $30. I’d rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a solid 4. Overall, it was a decent experience, but nothing really stood out.

This place is amazing. I live and die for a certain kind of pizza and they have it. Crust is light and crisp, marinara was amazing, gralic knots hot and fresh. I will be back many many times. There was no one in the restaurant, and every table was dirty. There were at least eight napkins scattered on the floor, and two employees were seated at a table when we arrived, showing no urgency to assist us. The pizza was just average. We used to dine at Bellagio about once a week, but it’s unlikely that we will return.

I ordered delivery and was disappointed to find that my Alfredo had no meat in it. Can you believe that? These Italians are charging high prices—$25 for a meal—and sending out a plain, dry Alfredo! I called and spoke to Kathy, who offered me a credit, so we'll see how that goes. But when you're charging premium prices, you need to ensure you deliver a quality meal.

I ordered two pizzas and three sides for delivery. While I got the correct sides, I only received one pizza—and unfortunately, it was the wrong one. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they simply said they had two orders for someone named Mike and must have mixed them up. That was the extent of their response. I just came back from NY so I was craving NY style dishes like those in Little Italy. Unfortunately after sitting through the whole 6th inning of the braves game without anyone acknowledging us, we decided to take our business elsewhere. I gave them 1 star because the food everyone else was being served smelled delicious. I know there are other locations so I will try those. At least you could've asked if we needed water. I’m actually very sad to have to write this review but we are very disappointed. We’ve been enjoying Fratelli’s for several years now but during our latest visit, we had been double charged on our credit card. Long story short, my husband and I were very disappointed in how the owner handled this issue. He never apologized and we finally had to call our credit card company to dispute the charge.
