Im glad we made time today to stop by and try this place. Now this is one of my top 3 ice creams shops in Chicago. Personal is very attentive! Definitively I’ll come back.

Never a disappointing experience at any Freezing Point location. The staff is always friendly. We tried a few of the seasonal favorites. Winners for me were the churro horchata, nutella strawberry sher the chocolate croissant.

I love this place! They have great bubble tea and the tapioca actually tastes like something other than just balls.They also have great rolled icecream too and I think they have like 6 flavors and I have to say my favorite flavors are the strawberry short cake and the other is nutella oreo! Out of all of the bubble tea I've had in my life, this one was the least tasty. We got 3 different flavors, all of them were too sweet with little flavor, the tapioca in them tasted old, peach flavor tasted like canned peaches. We haven't tried the ice cream. Maybe that's where the good reviews came from…

My kiddo and I had fun watching them make our hand rolled ice cream (Oreo Nutella and Krazy Coffee flavors) and enjoyed eating it even more! Nicely decorated and clean little storefront shop with a few tables and a couple of chairs outside. They were decently busy for a quiet Sunday afternoon but moved the orders along quickly. Very nice option for an occasional treat!

Amazing smoothie. We got a strawberry banana. Sadly we watched a young girl employee get berated by two women because they apparently disliked their smoothie. They were all in her face without masks and she looked nervous. Same girl made our smoothie and it was great. Should not allow those two women back in the store. They forced her to re make the smoothie and not pay with the audacity to ask for extra tapioca. Really sad. Hope the young girl employee gets treated better. Ver carta
