"I was actually disappointed because this is one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered a Freshmex Burrito/Bowl and specifically requested a burrito, but it came in a bowl instead. The options are confusing, as they all contain the word "No" for items like lettuce and onions. I didn't check any of those options, so I ended up with none of the desired toppings. To get those extras on your burrito, you have to overlook the word "No." I also ordered a BYO Taco Salad, but the steak had no flavor. However, the tacos were satisfactory."
