"I have dined at this restaurant before. I enjoy the food and watching games in a nice family-friendly atmosphere. Yesterday evening, I visited between 7-9pm and sat at the bar due to it being crowded. I ordered a beer and a glass of water. The bartender, Rob, provided poor customer service, as I had to get my own bowl of food and ask for everything. This experience was disappointing, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. Despite this, the atmosphere is nice and there are good options for children on the menu. Parking can be a bit challenging at times. Thank you and take care. Respectfully, Mr. William Sheats Navy Veteran-Disabled."
