Went today for togo and its soo burnt my food has no flavor. Also had potstickers and they were so hard my child couldnt bite it

Well it was very pleasant, the restaurant was understaff but the two waitresses we very attentive, food was delicious and plenty, restaurant needs a little bit cleanness but what can you expect if they don't have staff , overall was very friendly and attentive,

They are now closed but before they closed they had their dash open so people could make orders and theme steal our money they stole about 40$ from us and never contacted us to provide us with a refund or have made numerous attempts to contact them to include their email automatic response. The make your food bowl option is a definite plus. 1. Some of my meat options were a bit burnt 2. Some of my potatoes were under 3. The calamari was under cooked. Overall review of the bowl was not bad but memorable. The server Amber was actively engaged always making sure we were tended to as well as the other guests. The music and lighting were a perfect fit for lunch just don't look up at the air vents.

This restaurant chain used to be a favorite of ours, but we were disappointed with our recent visit. Upon entering, we were met with a strong unpleasant odor, possibly due to a plumbing issue or rancid bleach. We had to wait for someone to notice us and seat us as there was no one at the hostess station. The steak and shrimp containers were empty, and we had to ask for more, only to find the tongs covered in raw meat juices. The staff did not inquire about allergies like they used to. Despite these issues, the food tasted good, and we were satisfied, although there is room for improvement. We hope they can address these issues as we did miss the restaurant.

I ordered the Dragonfire Shrimp, but it was served lukewarm without any Dragonfire Sauce on the rice. When I asked for extra sauce, they brought me cold sauce to pour over the already warm food. Despite arriving at 11am when the restaurant opened, it took an hour to receive our food, none of which was hot. The server was slow and forgetful. There was a cockroach on the floor near our table, and the staff seemed annoyed when I asked them to remove it. The bathroom smelled like feces, even though the restaurant had just opened. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were no other customers. This raised a red flag for us. We were seated in an area with dirty tables and floors, which had been that way even before we arrived. We ordered our food and after waiting for 30 minutes, the area was still not clean. Upon further inspection, we noticed dead roaches under the tables. After 50 minutes, we spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager about the cleanliness issue. She assured us that someone would take care of it, but instead, she just spoke to the waitresses who were chatting with each other and ignored our complaint. For our sons birthday we decided to take him here because we had heard so many great things about it! I will start off with their ladies room. The toilet seat looked filthy. So much so that i chose not to use it a second time. Then my table ordered, our waiter came back after placing our order and informed us that they were out of what we ordered. I hadn 't had build your own Mongolian BBQ in years, so we decided on this place for lunch. They have SO many options, from their bases, proteins, produce, to their seasonings, sauces, sizes! I opted for the rice noodles for my base, while my husband picked udon noodles. He got the medium was able to pick two bases, though they forgot to add the rice he requested.
