"The self-checkout is almost always closed during peak times, and the lines are consistently long. I placed an order for hot food along with a few other items and waited in line. When I went to pick up my sandwich, I discovered that it hadn’t even been made because the staff was too busy chatting. There was no one else waiting, and I had to ask if my order was ready before they finally started preparing it. Today, I just walked in and immediately walked back out because the line was so long and everyone was visibly frustrated. Once again, only one register was open, and the self-checkout was unavailable for the umpteenth time. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend going there – it will only worsen your mood. While there are some friendly employees, there are also those who aren't very pleasant. For a place that’s supposed to be convenient, it’s incredibly inconvenient, especially if you're pressed for time. This GetGo is the worst!"

You should definitely update your hours on Google and adhere to them. When I arrived at 9:53 PM, the lights were off and the restaurant was closed.

Employee messed up which pump to put gas on and the manager refused to fix it??? Essentially stealing from peoples pockets. Pretty sure that’s not part of the GE ethics….. Ver carta

The tots taste like cardboard. I couldn’t stomach a single more after the horrible taste of the first one. Definitely makes me less likely to order food from GetGo again if this is their level of quality control.

I waited exactly 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, and it turned out to be terrible. The croissant was overcooked and too toasted, and the bacon was extremely overdone and brittle. I won’t be returning for anything.
