The Customer Service needs a huge improvement. I took my daughter to golden crust on a lunch date. we purchased large oxtails and a small oxtails meal. It was tender, fresh, and good. The meal came with rice and beans, cabbage, and plantains. Both dinners came to $53.81 with tax. There is no place toeat on the inside but there are two brick picnic tables outside. You get a lot of great, quality, amazing food and it's wellworth the price, I highly recommend this Golden Crust. Ver carta

For a few years I have visited this Golden Krust site. I was really pleasantly surprised how to rebuild the store to the pandemic situation. It is well designed and the staff is sufficient. I ordered oxtail, and although the meal was properly cooked, there was much too much fat on the meat. I didn't have to tell the lady that I wouldn't let the rice swim. Although there are three funds, the line moved absolutely horribly slowly. And Analyst must be hired to make things more rational and efficient.

Poor service. On Saturday December 3, 2022 I went to Golden Crust in Stonecrest Parkway to buy some food. The server was getting upset because I had several orders so I cashed the orders that were prepared and stood in line again to be served. I ordered agoat head soup and when I got home and started eating my soup there was the mouth of the goat in my soup to include all of thegoats teeth. Disgusting ???? this made me very sick. I do not plan on eating there anymore. People just don?t take pride incooking anymore.

Great place but leaves more to be desired. Love the array of traditional jamaican fare including beverages, deserts and snacks! They have rum raisin ice cream, bun and cheese, sorrel, peanut punch and wide array of patties. I got a large ox tail and it was OK. Flavor was ok but the meat was VERY fatty thus making the sauce super oily. The rice was good but leaning very salty. Portions are great but that ox tail meat needs to be trimmedZ i had a whole patty bag worth of fat i skimmed off my meat. Cabbage underseasoned. I also had a plate of goat. Goat was tough. Needs to be cooked down longer or under more pressure. Ver carta
