Asking 15% services fee for absolutely no service.Force to order more meats than you can eat. No service at all. They seems like very busy, and always busy. The boss is rude.

This is one of my favorite Korean BBQ restaurants in the South Bay area. They offer a wide variety of side dishes, and the quality of the meat is consistently excellent. Food: 5/5.

Been coming here more than 10 years. It's my favorite go to spot for Korean BBQ. The servers are super nice and attentive. Top quality food and service. Can't wait till the pandemic is over to dine at the restaurant again.

The food is decent but absolutely on the expensive side, and what makes it worse is the service which is basically none! The owner helped us cook the meat but left halfway and never came back! We have to cook it and sliced it by ourselves with the meat already dried out! Terrible in all ways!

Tipping is optional and base on my experience, we have already gave you 15%, when the bills total was included with tax. I've been a regular at this restaurant for a long time, but I visited again last month and found it too pricey now. You could get better service and higher-quality meat at a butcher for a little extra. Unfortunately, the service here wasn't great either; the waitress made me feel rushed while she stood next to me. On top of that, you have to order one meat dish per person, which seems excessive. What’s going on with that?

The staff can be slightly impatient, but they remain polite, which I understand given how busy they are! This Korean BBQ restaurant attracts a lot of customers. The food is absolutely delicious, and they assist us with the BBQ. We ordered the combo for two, and it was a feast! I will definitely return. It's a good idea to make a reservation, as I was fortunate to arrive early and secure a table. The restaurant was bustling with a long waitlist.

My sister and I had a disappointing experience today at a restaurant I used to enjoy before the pandemic. The female waitress, who had long black hair and was about 5'4" with prominent lips, was extremely rude. Although we arrived early for our reservation, we had difficulty finding parking due to the restaurant's small lot. My sister went inside to ask about parking, but the waitress brusquely told her we couldn't be seated until both of us were present and disregarded her question altogether.
