"have enjoyed Mel has been for a few decades, and it is never disappointed! Everything on the menu is great, nothing you can go wrong with. Had a stop at a Sat evening at 5:00 and could get a table within a few minutes. Decorated on their onion rings, fried mushrooms, bacon cheeseburger (normal size!... not the Mel or Mega-Mel) and the Monte Christo. The food is always hot, crispy and not greasy. The hostess and wait staff are super friendly and even tho the waiting staff go what seems like a million miles an hour.. You still care about you! The only Ni-Pick on our meal this time, was with the Monte Christo... they needed to melt the cheese in a sandwich before roasting! This sandwich must be warm inside when you bite, not cool."

"Do NOT let the pic speak for itself I order from this restaurant on occasion, through Uber Eats. I ordered the stuffed jalepenos, beef fajita street tacos and a combo platter. I was nervous because, despite paying a priority fee to Uber for quicker delivery, I didn't receive the order until about an hour 20 min. later and was expecting soggy food. To my surprise, it wasn't soggy at all! It was all dang near perfect and all delicious. Everything I asked for was included ... except for the one thing I was looking forward to most... As part of the combo plate, the large queso chip was bare as a bone! I couldn't help but laugh out of gratefulness that it didn't arrive soggy, as my typical luck would have it! Thank you to the staff of Aguirre's for otherwise doing a great packing job and to the Uber driver for having carried it with such care. I highly recommend this restaurant! They make the most delicious Tex-Mex food around... and one of these days, I'm going to get my queso chip of its the last thing I ever do! full disclosure on the pic... I had intended to take a pic of the queso chip from the beginning because I knew it was going to be spectacular. This is what I got accidentally and thought it funny, being my luck!... that's what I'm sharing more than the accident so don't let that pic speak for itself... the food will do that in abundance! Delicious!!"

"I returned on November 29, 2023, to try the Grilled Chicken sandwich special, and it did not disappoint! The combination of chicken, bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles was absolutely delicious. My daughter ordered the sausage baked potato, and once again, it was fantastic. The smoked sausage has a unique flavor that I really enjoyed. The BBQ chopped beef potato is a must-try! It's large enough to share between two people (I cut it in half to share), and it is very filling. The onion rings were also excellent. The line can be a bit slow, but it's definitely worth the wait!"

"I've have pass by this place for the past year and a half and wondered how the food taste. I finally got the opportunity to try. I was not disappointed at all. The crepes were delicious. They literally melted in my mouth. The omelet was very good too. The place is a bit small so on busier days could a bit irritating. The decor was awesome and fun to look at. I wish I gotten the chance to ask more questions but the guy didn't seem willing to talk much. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and I plan to visit again.I tried:Three egg omelet with rotisserie chicken, spinach and pepper jack cheeseA Nutella crepeAnd the Banana foster crepe without the ice cream"

"I went here for the first time today with my family. We had a lovely time. Very clean! We had the Birria melt and chicken and waffles. Delicious food! And good homey atmosphere. The owner was so kind to even offer us water as we didn’t have anything to drink, she also asked if we were ok sitting outside as the inside is much cooler. I appreciate also a young man who was walking around maintaining the place clean. When it was time to go he came to our table and offered to take our little trays. I appreciated the warm hospitality ! Will be returning."
