We enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana with some friends from the Atlanta area, who previously owned two Italian restaurants, and we were all thoroughly impressed! It was the best eggplant parmigiana I've ever tasted. We can't wait to try more of Mary's dishes—absolutely delicious!
