"If you want to find, arguably, the best bandeja paisa in Miami, this just might be the place. Not your typical hole in the wall, cheap eats but definitely a quaint and enjoyable sit down experience. Ventured here after my craving got too intense and I went to old faithful Yelp for guidance. Although relatively new, the pictures of the food really sold me and I brought some hungry souls along with me. We ordered some empanadas Colombianas, super fresh and steaming hot! The sauces they serve them with was also perfect. For entrees, we went with a Calentado Paisa the Bandeja Paisa (this one was twice the price but very hearty and more than enough for two good eaters). We also each went with some natural juices fruit limonadas coconut lime sounds odd but it works! I opted to not give the full 5 stars because of several reasons that I think they can easily fix: 1. Nicely and simply decorated but little ambiance overall adding a little authentic Colombian music or more cultural touches could help 2. The waiter was nice but kept trying to push more and more on us... even mentioning that the bandeja paisa was a decent portion but not enough for two people (it was actually more than enough and we both left stuffed) 3. Ordered a sancocho de res and although taste wasn't bad, the meat was rough and you could tell coloring had been added seems like a typical case of not having had enough time to cook it properly as it does take hours to make a proper sancocho Quality of the food is evident and I will definitely be going back to fix my next craving!"

"My wife and I both agreed that Fiola’s homemade pasta tasting menu was easily one of the best meals we’d ever had! We started with the… 1. Truffle Eggplant Bruschetta and Salmon Tartare with Black Caviar which was perfection. Then our tasting experience began with each course better than the last… 2. Triangoli spinach pasta vegetable soup 3. Raviolo Carbonara with Guanciale Culatello di Zibello 4. Saffron Calamarata Frutti di Mare 5. Kombucha (passion fruit) 6. Spaghetti with Truffles Parmesan Foam Truffle butter 7. Venison Cannelloni with Foie gras currants 8. Vin Santo Sorbeto (pre desert) 9. Monte Bianco white chocolate dessert with Candied Chestnuts. The pacing was perfect (about 10 minutes per course).This was truly a special dining experience! Food is amazing, the combination of flavors, how they play with different textures and the high quality of the ingredients, but I wanted to focus this review on something else. Having pasta Omakase (which is something the majority of other Italian restaurants don 't have) is a big bonus. For people who love food, there is an extra quote of adrenaline when you see this dedication. Great to see the chef coming out to spy on the customers ' reactions denotes that he really cares. We will be back!!!"

"What a wonderful time we had with my family at this location. Our wait staff Hector Justin were excellent to our party group needs/detail. The food was seasoned to perfection, we enjoyed every bite. We didn't get to meet the managers of this location but they were excellent in resolving an issue one of our party guest had with their gift card. I so happy I selected this location to celebrate Father's Day with our family. One thing that will need that would need improvement is a hostess, tall long dark hair young lady approached one of our party guest and asked for his hat to be removed while in the dinning room. When she spoke to him she came across a little rude. He complied with the request but he was left stunned by her tone. We didn't let that ruin our time there"

"Overall the food is still very good and happy to report that the portion are now a bit bigger . They had gotten to the point that they were microscopic ! The service was good but not what it use to be 10-15 years ago . The restaurant seems dated and tired and I have to wonder how much longer it will be around . I’ve been to Palm d’Or many times over the years and while it’s still good , it is no longer the grande dame of French cuisine in Miami."

"Came here on a friend date and it was so nice and relaxing inside — the restaurant was quiet and we felt comfortable. We got the Brie puff pastry and the blackened tilapia and the shrimp pasta. We also ordered cafe con leche and the Nutella French toast for dessert and it hit the spot. Also, the service was great!"
