My Fiance is from Fort Smith and was adamant that Green Papaya has the best Thai fried rice she’s ever had.and..she wasn’t wrong. It was so good!! The spring rolls were excellent too. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

During our last visit, the waitress was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful towards my friends and me. She made derogatory comments about my culture and race, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not be returning, as this location has lost loyal customers. We stopped at this restaurant in Fort Smith while traveling and will definitely return next time. The cozy atmosphere and great condition of the small restaurant stood out. The woman who runs it was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The vegetarian menu was well-stocked and easy to navigate for selecting vegan items. The dishes were absolutely delicious with generous portion sizes. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

First time trying Pho and it was everything I had hoped it would be! I ordered the beef pho in the spicy broth, the flavor is unmatched. The atmosphere was very peaceful, the waitress was very knowledgeable about the dish and was very attentive. My daughter had the chicken and vegetable with rice it was also very good, she had a strawberry milk jelly boba and both her items were very good as well. We will be returning very soon! The waitress who was working on September 16, 2023 literally asked my friends and family if they were Indian and then asked why Indians and Black people usually don’t tip (long before the check was even received and first time to that restaurant) and proceeded to talk about how her employer Green Papaya doesn’t care enough to cover the difference to meet the federal minimum wage salary (because they’re a smaller restaurant) in case they don’t make enough from tips that week.
