"we stopped at a visit to the Orlando area of disney springs. while disney springs was a complete nightmare, the wine bar saved the night. my parents had picked me up from the airport and I had not eaten all day, all other restaurants were 45 minutes waiting. I was in a position to sniff a reservation and we immediately took a place. they even found a 1st floor table for my disabled father. amanda, our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. she made what a terrible first night in a holiday could have been in a wonderful experience. to my honest opinion, this is very close to the quality of food, drinks and service to victoria and albert’s. I have already recommended that many friends that I can often visit."

"I enjoy The Boathouse, the food here is usually pretty good, but today the service was just abysmal. First off, usually on a quiet day, you can just walk up and usually be seated relatively quickly. But not today, the line just to talk to someone, RESERVATION OR NOT was about 15-20 minutes, with a line out of the door. This line alone should have been a sign to cut my losses and just leave, but instead I persisted giving The Boathouse the benefit of the doubt. I waited and waited some more, just to be told at the front desk that my 1 PM reservation was not ready yet and that they were still trying to seat people with 12:15/12:30 reservations. NOTE: I didn 't get to the desk until around 1:20/1:30 PM, so already about an hour behind. I was told that I will get a text when my table would be ready, I was fed up with waiting so I left. What 's the point in having a reservation if one, I have to wait in a line with people who don 't have a reservation and two have to wait even longer for my table to be ready well after my reservation time? It very much defeats the purpose of having a reservation, especially with the Disney app that can let you at some restaurants check in without having to talk to someone? On top of this, why was there no communication from the restaurant beforehand or while I was waiting in a long line to let me know hey we 're not going to be able to seat you at the time that we promised . All of this to say, Disney gets very busy, there are some issues from both a communication and operations standpoint that should definitely be looked at. All that had to be done to make today a little bit better was literally someone from the restaurant coming out and saying something along the lines If you don 't have a reservation, your estimated wait time will probably be around x hours AND OR If you have a reservation, we might not get to you at your reservation time just simple things to show that you care about your guest 's time. Maybe consider relying more on the app or having a separate area for those with reservations or without? Either way, super disappointed and it 's not fair to the frontline staff that were not being treated nicely by those who were understandably upset, that should be dealt with by management."

"Mi esposa y yo queríamos un lugar agradable y relajado para sentarnos afuera y disfrutar de una cena divertida. Terminamos muy decepcionados con el servicio. Nuestro camarero tardó entre 10 y 15 minutos en llegar a la mesa (lo que se siente como una eternidad cuando está esperando para pedir bebidas). Tomaron nuestro pedido de bebidas y regresaron rápidamente con un cóctel y aguas, pero la cerveza que pedimos se retrasó unos minutos. No es gran cosa, pero luego la noche se fue al sur. "This place was just ok. Obviously with the location in Disney Springs I expected to pay a premium price for a meal, however I was not impressed. The menu is limited only about dinner options. With a small menu offering I would expect the food to be very good. It was not. No wow factor. Just ok"

"Food was delicious as usual, drinks were amazing, our server was also very good! The only downside is when we got to the restaurant, the manager or whoever the woman was, had a very condescending attitude towards us. We have a baby and were told curtly that next time we should make a reservation for 3 including baby, which is totally fine but there is a way of speaking to your customers. That dulled the experience for us to start but everything else made it up for us"
