Best Mexican in Ridgewood! The pozole and enchiladas are my go to's but I have never had anything from here that wasn't delicious. All of the soups are worth visiting for. The service is always so friendly very easy to visit here a couple times per month if you live nearby !

"Had been to Wilkes previously for a sandwich that was stacked with meat and cheese. Decided to come back for wraps and was severely disappointed. Asked for Kathy’s chicken salad which is still on the menu in store and was told they don’t make that at all anymore. They are the skinniest wraps ever seen and barely filled at all. Won’t return again as they are not worth the money they charge for it. The customer service was less than friendly as well."

"WOW! We were at the Bareburger for the first time and everything was just great. M.K is THE BEST at it all. Top notch service! She knew how to accommodate every request we had (and we can be annoyingly needy sometimes Especially when delicious food is involved. I had Bison and got my sunny side up and choice of cheese with extra bacon on top of the awesome bacon jam. Yummy in my tummy!! Wife enjoyed for two days their double cheeseburger. Son, M.J (can't make it up enjoyed his bun less hot dog. The pretzel bun was a weird thing to give with a hot dog. Nice environment, great music, even someone came by to ask if we like everything we got. And again, Thank you, MK! Definitely coming back again. My goodness! Almost forgot they have Guinness! Huge like!! Was super delicious and fresh just how I love my Guinness. Most recommended for burger and Guinness enthusiastic!"

"Really surprised by all these reviews, because the experience was not good here. Restaurant is pretty cramped, and the food does not taste good nor is it properly portioned. It’s also very expensive for the quality you end up receiving. The shrimp tempura “special” roll was overpriced considering it barely contained shrimp, the beef udon soup had very few pieces of beef, and the spicy tuna roll tasted very slimy and not like fresh tuna at all. Very disappointed."
