This has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had! Highly recommended! Both my boyfriend and I both said there was no way we'd eat it all, but you just can't put it down! A very delicious meal at a great value!

Everything else about the place is amazing—I loved the food and the service (well, maybe not the portion sizes, just kidding!). Honestly, if you don’t have a big appetite, I suggest sharing your meals. I tried their pasta, pork ribs, turkey burger, and the crispy chips that came with the burgers, and I can confidently say I’ve had some of the best food ever.

Service was average, at best. It took lots of effort to put two tables together. Food was good. Drink refills a little slow. Appeared on Open Table that it would be hours to get a reservation (for a Friday at lunch). As I was looking for times online, noon, then became unavailable. a dirty, evil landfill. lousy customer service. better chance to beat powerball than get a cocktail waitress to get them a drink. old eating and empty pizza boxes between machines. I would estimate 10% of all machines, rope and run buttons on those who are in operation. it is better suited in a neighbourhood for a battle zone and the workers in the inner have no respect for their status. When I went to dinner, they had closed the 7 star line so they had to wait. I don't go back to go here after 8 years, it's just not fun safe place or an atmosphere I like to experience. no wonder that ceasars gave the peculiarity of the el dorado group, their disgusting inside.

Guy Fieri’s is decent, no one knew how to check me in via OpenTable which I found to be interesting so it was basically like making a reservation was a joke—unlike the other Restaurants in the casino where they do check you in. Food was decent. Service was excellent—female server from New Orleans, she was very sweet, enjoyed her southern accent excellent hospitality. I wish they had regular blue cheese as well, not just that blue cheese wasabi, that has been my complaint for a long time There is never really a wait at the restaurant. The kids has put up dividers now to separate the casino by a barrier which allows children to now come to all the restaurants at Horseshoe Casino.

I ordered from the late-night menu and enjoyed an outstanding burger. It was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, juicy, and the incredible fries really took it to the next level. However, the menu did seem a bit limited, and I would have loved to see more options from such a talented chef. I would definitely return if I'm in the area and craving a great burger. Compared to Bobby's Burger Place at Maryland Live Casino, Guy Fieri's Baltimore Kitchen and Bar definitely comes out on top overall. The seating was spacious, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the high, vaulted ceilings. The prices were reasonable, and when compared to other restaurants within the Horseshoe, this place offer...
