Halal Fried Chicken

The chicken was cooked perfectly, with a great crispy coating. I opted for all dark meat, and it was moist and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food was served piping hot, which was a definite highlight. The Fish Basket included four generous pieces of fish that were both crispy and flaky—absolutely delicious. The Crispy Chicken sandwich was equally impressive: hearty, juicy, and served with perfectly cooked, warm crispy fries. This place is fantastic!

The portion sizes are reasonable for the price, although the food tends to be quite greasy, which is expected given that most dishes are fried. You can ask for your meal to be spicier, and they are happy to accommodate your request. There's limited seating, so I would recommend choosing takeout instead. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

The restaurant has seen better days. I'm comparing it to when it was a smaller establishment in a different location, where the chicken had a more flavorful taste. Additionally, one of my favorite dishes, the spicy fried zucchini, is no longer available on the menu. Now, the food is just average; having eaten at KFC in America, I can say it’s comparable. Halal Fried Chicken is truly the best fried chicken I've ever had! After trying it, you might not want to go back to KFC. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The fried chicken is coated in a delicious, light batter that makes it perfectly crunchy. They also offer fantastic chicken and waffles and a huge fish sandwich that is just delightful. I'm a big fan of their chicken tenders, which are made with that amazing batter, and their chicken Caesar salad is outstanding. Just a tip: if you're taking it to go, be sure to ask for the dressing on the side, or your salad might end up soggy. I'm so glad they’ve opened up in my neighborhood!

They had numerous dirty spots that looked almost permanent. Additionally, the outdoor seating was outdated, with wobbly and unbalanced tables that clearly lacked proper maintenance. The prices are on the higher side, as you would expect from any halal restaurant. Despite the busy atmosphere, the owner didn’t overlook dine-in orders. However, during my recent dine-in experience in Ramadan, I tried the Thick Sourdough and found it wonderfully filling, especially when paired with fries.
