Handel's Ice Cream - Carta

Visiting from Canada and this ice cream is the BOMB! Best I've ever had. Hands down.

The ice cream was amazing?. The only thing better was the customer service. They are doing something right while training their team to interact with customers. This place was worth the extra few minute drive. So many choices and everything we ate wasfantastic.

I had a great experience getting ice cream here! The ladies here are super friendly, adventurous and get the work done. I asked them if they could make my waffle cone into a milkshake and one of the ladies did! My husband paid extra and We both was veryhappy about our ice cream choices.

There is no shortage of ice cream shops out there, but this one is certainly one of a kind. Not only is the ice cream off the charts good.. I have to say, that the staff here is just as incredible. I have never visited an establishment where literally every person is happy and excited to be at work. Such a rare find. They all are always so joyful and attentive to want to help, and offer up samples and suggestions with a smile on their face! A for customer service.

I typically visit the Plano location, which is fantastic. The Little Elm location is just as good when it comes to quality and service. However, it doesn't have a drive-thru! (There is one nearby, but it belongs to the neighboring chicken restaurant.) If you're visiting Handel's for the first time, you're in for a delightful experience! The flavors are delicious and freshly made, with a great selection to choose from. Coconut cream, lemon bar, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, raspberry, and apple pie—each flavor was spot on! If you're an ice cream lover, you must try Handel's!

I used to work here and must strongly recommend this amazing ice cream family owned store. Vegan options available as well!! They have soooo many flavors to chose from! Hard to decide which one you would like to settle for : The owner is very professional and treats everyone with respect and understanding. I made a mistake at work onces and spilled the Malt as it was mixing in the machine- during a rash time too! Nobody gave me a hard time and asked just to try again! Thank You all!
