"My wife stopped at the drive-thru and brought home food from this restaurant, which was supposed to be Superstar with cheese combos. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing as the fries were cold and hard, tasting old, and the burgers were undercooked with a pink, cold center. The only thing that was satisfactory was the soda she ordered. This experience makes us question whether we should return to eat there again. Although we understand that no one is perfect, customer service is important and customers expect to receive hot, fresh food every time they visit. We have never had this issue with their breakfast, which is one of our favorites. However, paying $20 for two combos that were cold, undercooked, and hard has left us feeling unsatisfied."

I had a wonderful time today at Hardee's in Harlan, Kentucky. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the establishment was spotless, and my biscuit was served piping hot and delicious. The sweet tea was just right in terms of sweetness. I will certainly be back on my next trip.

Best place in town for breakfast by far, here in Harlan there aren't any other options that you can consider that has made fresh daily everyday biscuits and there not so small you have to eat two like the others, didn't want to throw DQ under the bus. But here where I live you know exactly what everything ⁹
