Sunday morning take-out at Hardee's. We both get full breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, tater tots(delicious) and a large biscuit with gravy. All for about $12, total. What a deal!

Service was very friendly, they were finally open! Took forever to get my food and it was lukewarm when I got to my car which was right outside. Didn't have time to go back inside as I was on lunch.

Whoever was working Tuesday, July 12th 2022 at 1:13pn at the gas station Hardees on 200 doing drive through. Had the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. My wife was constantly interrupted. The lady has such a bad tone saying is that it? And then when my wife asked excuse me? Because my wife didn 't understand what was said the lady screamed ANYTHING ELSE? .... I 'm sure the other employees in that store were good. But that lady was the worst I 've ever seen. Ver carta

I observed something quite amusing while waiting for my order at the restaurant. A woman approached the counter and paid nearly $9 for three soft drinks. The ironic part was that she was only given empty cups and had to fill them herself at the soda machine, which had clearly labeled prices, with the largest drink costing no more than $1.09. If someone is willing to pay that much, that’s on them. As for the service, it was decent. Just remember, this is a Hardee’s located in a gas station, so don’t expect filet mignon between the burger buns!

Worst experience ever! If i could give NO star, i would. We ordered two mushroom and Swiss burgers and large fries. Pulled up to the window and sat there for 15 MINUTES!!!!!! 15 long minutes. I watched the guy put fresh fries down in the fryer. Walked back and forth a few times. So we are thinking we are going to get fresh hot meal. NOT! we didn't get the newly cooked fries, we got cold soggy fries. The meat in both sandwiches was cold, cheese wasn't melted, and the mushrooms were so cold they made me gag. My question? WHAT THE HECK WERE THEY DOING FOR 15 MINUTES for our food to come out cold and cold and soggy fries. We were the only customers there in the drive through.Management needs to...

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with my son on September 16, 2022. We were served what tasted like rancid chicken with onions, and I suspect it was contaminated. When I returned the dish, the staff acted as if it was just a minor issue, like cold fries or something trivial. They apologized, but my son continued to suffer from stomach pain afterward. Kids can eat just about anything, but when I opened the chicken, the smell was awful, and my son had already taken a bite. I can't believe they would serve spoiled food. They had just reopened after being closed for a long time, yet the quality seems to have worsened. It feels like there's a complete lack of integrity here! I can't... Ver carta
