"The owner is so nice. She taught her daughter how to make the cash register. So refreshing to see a child who learns her family business. She was dressed and looked so professional. Since we are tourists, we asked for recommendations and the beef Fried Rice was enough for two as she said. The egg rolls were excellent. We come back on our next trip!! Great job!!!"

"Such a great reward after our 10+ hours on the road today. Cocktails...you can get pretty much anything you want and they try to utilize spirits from Wyoming in their hand-crafted cocktails as much as possible. We started with the Sweet Lavender and The Lion and the Mouse. (Check photos for menu shots of ingredients). Both were delicious. Nice pours on the alcohol. Followed up with the Super Saiyan and a Ringleader Vodka prepared Up with a twist. Again...excellent cocktails. I will say that this was the last night of their spring cocktail menu, so when you come, you may not see these exact selections. We ordered brussels sprouts, burrata, shishito peppers and deviled eggs. Sadly the deviled eggs were out (truly saddened by this) but we substituted artichoke dip. The sprouts had a deep, rich, savory flavor. The burrata was good...would like the bread grilled but that 's a personal preference. The shishitos had togarashi and lemon, which was really good, but it was a bit too spicy for me so I could only eat three...hubby ate most of them. And the artichoke dip, which includes chevre, was super creamy and flavorful. We wandered next door while waiting for the meal to check out their coffee place, because it 's connected via the back. It 's a great space as well, and there 's artwork in the common space between the ballroom and the coffee shop. Ended up buying some ground coffee for taking with us. Lots of young people here...really enjoyed the space and the vibe. And the service is top-notch friendly. Thanks so much, Paramount, for giving us an excellent place to relax and enjoy Cheyenne!"

"I believe Wyoming is lacking authentic Mexican and Italian cuisine. Unfortunately, this was the worst Italian food I’ve ever had! I sat at the bar enjoying overpriced drinks while waiting for my takeout. When I got home, I ended up throwing away my chicken parmesan after just a few bites. The service and atmosphere were pleasant, but the food tasted canned. I’m originally from New York, so I didn’t expect it to be the same, but I certainly didn’t anticipate it being this disappointing. Service: Takeout."

"This is my favorite place for pizza. The delivery is consistently quick and the food always arrives hot. Pickup is also speedy. They’ve only forgotten my extra sauce once, and usually, they get my order right every time. I’m giving them 5 stars because their food is consistently excellent. The pizza has fantastic crust, whether you choose hand-tossed or NY thin—fluffy and flavorful, and the cheese is always crispy and bubbly without being greasy. Their cinnabones are my favorite dessert, and the chocolate chip cookie pizza is delicious too, though it’s a bit too sweet for my taste. The carnivore pizza might just be my favorite of all time, and they even offer cream cheese as a topping, which is such a unique and tasty option! I wish I could order from them more often, but my waistline wouldn’t appreciate it, haha. In Cheyenne, this is the best pizza place; as much as I enjoy the Bronx pizza nearby, Hambones still comes out on top for its consistency, convenience, and amazing flavors."
