"We dined with Heath this past Saturday for his opening weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. If you haven't tasted his crawfish yet, you absolutely must! They are so delicious that if you balanced a tray on your head, your tongue would reach up to grab them! Don't forget to add some boiled shrimp or crabs to your tray as well. For those in your group who might not be fans of crawfish, Heath offers grilled chicken and sausage with mild cheese and jalapeños, as well as traditional sausage and boudin.
