We were a party of two adults and three kids. We only received one fork to share among us, and the food took over an hour to arrive, only to be incorrect. There were no straws provided and no drink refills available. Additionally, our meals were served at different times. Ver carta

The pizza here is incredibly tasty, and I strongly suggest sampling different flavors. The service is excellent, and you even get to take home the fantastic cups! The decor is charming, with kites hanging from the ceiling, and there’s a bar area along with plenty of TVs to watch.

My husband ordered a pizza they noticed it wasn’t exactly as he had ordered it (banana peppers). They cooked him a new pizza and went above and beyond for us! I have not seen customer service like that in quite some time! I’m very impressed with their efficiency and overall management.

I was with a group of junior high students and adults, and we initially anticipated around 20 people. However, another group of about 30 joined us unexpectedly. The staff at Hideaway handled the situation exceptionally well; they were able to seat and serve all 50 of us while also keeping track of separate bills for each group. I was truly impressed! Took my husband today with a group of friends for his bday party. Had the absolute worst waitress. If you are working for tips, earn your tips. Everyone had empty cups without an offer to refill or take away the empties. Had to actually give her the empty plates for her to take, she did not offer to take them or to clean table off, knowing we were waiting to have cake. I actually went and asked for the Manager, and was told they would come to our table. No manager came. Will not visit this place again. I hope she enjoyed the tips left.

The highlight of the menu is the Large Fried Mushrooms, which are absolutely irresistible. The service was exemplary, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing dinner. Getting there was a breeze, as there’s plenty of free parking available. Overall, this place is a gem for a budget-friendly meal with outstanding food and service!

If you have food allergies, I highly recommend trying them out. They have a dedicated cooking area and separate pans for gluten-free customers. Just take a look at their allergy menu online before ordering to get familiar with what you can and can't have. The last time we ordered, Jaycee Force took our order, and I must say, she is truly a gem! She was incredibly patient with me and our complicated order, even reading it back to us three times to ensure everything was accurate. As someone who works in food service, I recognize that I need to be more patient with my own customers, and I hope to emulate Jaycee's customer service.
