"Visiting Northern Idaho after many years of being away. Being from the Seattle/Tacoma area, we have MANY dining options, and have experienced most of them. That being said, Hill Street Depot was INCREDIBLE. We had stopped several locals to ask where we should eat and most of them pointed us to this Diner. From the moment we entered the lady who was our server (wish I had asked her name, made us feel like we were regulars. There were 8 of us and she immediately helped set up seating, and from there she only got better. There were even toys for the kids in our party, which made them very happy. The Hawwiaan BBQ nachos were chosen as an appetizer before we had even settled. They were a large portion size, topped with fresh and flavorful toppings. The 6 adults made fast work, but was definitely a good deal for the quantity. I asked what our server would suggest if this was my only visit, and she told us that all the meats are smoked in house, and suggested the Nothern Idaho Cheese Steak or the Cuban. She did not steer us wrong. They ere so good, and so fresh. We all can handle our share of food, and these were great portion sizes. The ambiance was so inviting and true to the region (with the exception of the Oregon Ducks....go Huskies haha. I would encourage anyone who is driving through, or past Kellogg to stop in. You won 't be disappointed. side note- we also stopped in next door for coffee drinks, (at the Bean, which we were told has the same owners. I will review it as well, but AWESOME experience, as well."

Cool place to get a beer after work, and eat a delicious bite. It's not a restaurant, it's a pub with good food.

That was a GREAT stop for lunch. The service of Angelina was very pleasant. The smoked tri-tip is in the house and next to the bacon, belongs to everything.

Adorable restaurant with fun, outdoor patio looking into the mountains. Stopped here randomly on my way through Idaho. Staff was very prompt and friendly. Highly recommend the Hawaiian BBQ Nachos!

Great service and delicious food. I had the smoked Tri-Tip-Taco salad. Perfect for lunch after eating many burgers and fries on holiday. Good selection of beer and apple wine. I had the pomegranate teeth fantastic. Ver carta

Absolute lifesaver when I called at 8:45pm to place a to go order after Noah's Canteen messed up our order. They were incredibly friendly and not even mad that I placed an order as they were closing. The food was amazing too! I would highly recommend going here if you're in kellogg to eat lunch or dinner.

Friendly and cute bartender... see photo. I ordered a grinder, a salad and a beer to go. She said, Not driving are you? and I said, If I was I 'd have asked for a straw. Anyway when the order was ready to go she handed me the beer in a covered cup with a straw and I walked back to my hotel also had a friendly chat with one of the other patrons and, all in all, a very nice experience with good food and good people. I 'll come back again next time I 'm driving through this town.

Traveling east on I-90, we found this place by chance. Our happiness that our first choice for dinner was closed. The place is a little small, and not much to see, but the food and service more than makes of the lack of interior size and design. We had the tri-tipp street tacos and were absolutely surprised by the quality and taste. They smoke their meat locally, and it was delicate and tasteful. A little too much smoke for my wife's taste, but for me, excellent. They have a bar and a good selection of craft beers. I'm back at my next visit to the area. Ver carta

"Would not return, and honestly am highly considering filing a lawsuit for the way I was treated here. I was in town scoping out potential places to call home, and applying for jobs in the area. I stumbled upon Silver Mountain and Noah 's bar, and was immediately in love. It was stunning, and I thought it would be a really refreshing place to maybe start over in a new town. The bartender and manager were friendly upon my first visit to Noah 's, and after I explained my situation to the manager she generously offered to snag me an application since she had openings at the bar. After experiencing such great service in a such a fantastic atmosphere, I was really looking forward to the opportunity to interview and maybe work at this establishment. I waited a couple of days and never got a response. Come to find out, the manager threw my application away because it got a couple spots of grease on it and called me unprofessional . Is that something a manager should do, considering they are short staffed and need applicants who are willing to work a tough job? I am a registered nurse--I 've seen countless bouts of unprofessionalism in the workplace, and the way I was treated was unprofessional beyond belief. I watched the workers at that bar busting their butts just to get treated exactly how I was treated by the same manager. Not ok. I won 't tolerate it for myself, or for others. After hearing my application was thrown away, I went to go print off my professional resume to hand to the manager. I went to hand it off to her and she completely ignored me. I felt like I didn 't exist. I also had my service dog with me (who is both a medical and emotional support dog for seizures and panic attacks), and she told me I had to leave the restaurant because I had an animal with me. That is illegal, and definitely grounds to sue. I 've worked a bunch of different management positions in nursing, and have held several leadership positions both in the school and community. I 've had great managers and really crappy ones, and witnessing first hand the way the manager at Noah 's treated both myself and her workers, she honesty should not be managing that bar, or seriously needs to take some classes on management. I 'm not surprised Noah 's can 't keep staff--it 's a toxic work environment and will continue to have problems unless something is changed. I do want to give a shout out to one of the bartenders that served me: Brandon. He was kind, he listened, and I watched as he worked his butt off to give excellent service to the people at the bar. I can tell he really cares about his bar, and deserves so much better."
