"Great quality Vietnamese food at an incredible price. The restaurant is kind of hidden in a little strip of shops, but it is an amazing find. We felt like strangers in there among a mix of more elderly Vietnamese folks stopping in after work and groups ofparents telling their kids to stop using their electronics in Vietnamese while they retorted in English very goods signs ofauthenticity. While the interior is nothing special and unassuming, the food is incredible and at such an inexpensive price! Weordered the Hu Tieu Go (pho with pork broth , Mi Go (like Hu Tieu Go but without broth , and Xi Quach (pork bones . The noodlesin both dishes were cooked perfectly, and the clear pork broth had an incredibly aromatic, smooth, and delicate flavor. The thinslices of pork were also great, and the crispy garlic chips and green onions were great toppings that added crunch and extraflavor. As for the pork bones, the meat was falling off the bone, the connective tissue was practically gelatenized, and it wasall packed with the fantastic pork broth flavor that it was used for. If you're feeling particularly decadent, dip the meat in amix of soy sauce/vinegar/hoisin and the nice slices of chili (bird's eye chili? they include at every table. Flavor town. Theportion sizes are reasonable but smaller than most other Vietnamese restaurants, but I think the price, quality, and flavor morethan make up for it. The food came out incredibly fast probably within 10 minutes of ordering."

Highly recommended place to get Hu Tieu Go. The soup base is clean and lighter than the rest of the other restaurants that serve the same kind of food.

The best hu tieu I've ever had! I visit this place once a week! The broth has the perfect balance of lightness and flavor that makes it truly impressive!

The food was acceptable, but it was missing sweetness and depth of flavor. The service seemed somewhat unfriendly, probably due to it being near closing time.

The owner was not pleasant, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was uninviting. When I requested to use the restroom for my daughter, he refused, which I find unacceptable. It's disheartening to see someone turn down a child's basic need. Ver carta

So I get different experiences each time I visit this place. The first time was great, second time so-so, and third time not so great. So I'm torn with how I vote this place which is why it got 3 stars. There needs to be better consistency in the quality.

The man is a bad person. he is not a very nice place. I asked him to lend me the bathroom for my daughter and he wouldn't let me use it. He has bad customer service, what person is capable of denying the bathroom to a daughter who needs to go to thebathroom, a very bad person

Today, my family came to enjoy noodle soup through a recommendation from a friend. I must say that Uncle Hoa's noodle soup is really thoughtful. The broth is sweet and not greasy. The noodle soup is tough, the sauce is very rich. For the first time, Itried the white rice paper cake with the taste of coconut and the crunchiness of the puff pastry. I really like the sweetorange lemongrass peach tea that is just as the name suggests. Especially the attentive and hospitable service of Uncle Hoamade us have a very happy time. If anyone has come to Houston, please come and enjoy the specialty noodles with affordableprices. Highly recommended ???????????? Ver carta

Today, my family visited Uncle Hoa's to enjoy some noodle soup based on a friend's recommendation. I must say, Uncle Hoa's noodle soup is truly exceptional. The broth is flavorful without being greasy, and the noodles are perfectly chewy. The sauce is rich and delicious. For the first time, I tried the white rice paper cake, which had a delightful coconut flavor and a satisfying crunch from the puff pastry. I also really enjoyed the sweet orange lemongrass peach tea, which tasted just as refreshing as it sounds. The attentive and friendly service from Uncle Hoa made our experience even more enjoyable. If you're ever in Houston, I highly recommend stopping by to try their specialty noodles at...

The restaurant's interior is modest and unpretentious, but the food more than makes up for it with its remarkable taste and affordability. We sampled the Hu Tieu Go (pho with pork broth), Mi Go (similar to Hu Tieu Go but without broth), and Xi Quach (pork bones). The noodles in both dishes were cooked to perfection, while the clear pork broth was aromatic, smooth, and delicately flavored. The thinly sliced pork was excellent, and the crispy garlic chips and green onions provided a delightful crunch and added flavor. Regarding the pork bones, the meat was tender and nearly falling off the bone, with the connective tissue almost gelatinous, all infused with the rich flavor of the broth. For a...
