The best hu tieu I've ever had! I visit this place once a week! The broth has the perfect balance of lightness and flavor that makes it truly impressive!

The food was acceptable, but it was missing sweetness and depth of flavor. The service seemed somewhat unfriendly, probably due to it being near closing time.

The owner was not pleasant, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was uninviting. When I requested to use the restroom for my daughter, he refused, which I find unacceptable. It's disheartening to see someone turn down a child's basic need. Ver carta

So I get different experiences each time I visit this place. The first time was great, second time so-so, and third time not so great. So I'm torn with how I vote this place which is why it got 3 stars. There needs to be better consistency in the quality.

The man is a bad person. he is not a very nice place. I asked him to lend me the bathroom for my daughter and he wouldn't let me use it. He has bad customer service, what person is capable of denying the bathroom to a daughter who needs to go to thebathroom, a very bad person

Today, my family came to enjoy noodle soup through a recommendation from a friend. I must say that Uncle Hoa's noodle soup is really thoughtful. The broth is sweet and not greasy. The noodle soup is tough, the sauce is very rich. For the first time, Itried the white rice paper cake with the taste of coconut and the crunchiness of the puff pastry. I really like the sweetorange lemongrass peach tea that is just as the name suggests. Especially the attentive and hospitable service of Uncle Hoamade us have a very happy time. Great quality Vietnamese food at an incredible price. The restaurant is kind of hidden in a little strip of shops, but it is an amazing find.
