"The beef burger at WITWBJ is, in my opinion, the best burger around. It's a perfectly seasoned 8-ounce patty served on a unique pulp roll that you simply have to try. The homemade zucchini pickles are surprisingly tasty, even for someone like me who typically doesn't enjoy pickles. The casual, down-to-earth decor contrasts nicely with the gourmet quality of the award-winning burger. Although it's tucked away in a somewhat uncertain spot behind Winchell’s Donuts, it's definitely worth a visit."

"this is by far my favorite restaurant in los angeles. it is the most authentic French restaurant with the best eating not in pandering for our American palate, but serves them genuine French cuisine and they know what, it is delicious. small, but expertly designed menu and wine menu. There is no bad dish here. one day this place will be as popular as eating delicious. I will tell everyone now that I know about this hidden gem and come again and again for more. "We recently dined at Nick Stef's Steakhouse to celebrate my sister's birthday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The steak recommendations were spot on—our party ordered a couple ribeyes, and each was more than enough to share between 2-3 people. Some also tried the N+S burger, which was a hit with the truffle aioli. The sides were delicious and generously portioned, perfect for sharing. The cocktails were equally impressive; the pomegranate martini and Missionary's Downfall were one of a kind. To top off the evening, Nick Stef kindly provided a dessert to help celebrate my sister’s special day, which was a thoughtful touch. For a party of 10, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and service. We would highly recommend Nick Stef’s Steakhouse to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience."

"Had to make at least one last visit to Otium before it closes. The service was fantastic and the staff should be commended for how polite and professional they were. I could imagine it must be some stressful or sad times. Regardless, they were top notch. We were served the food we remembered that always made us happy. The old standbys. At the same time we tried new dishes that we never had. I complement chef for his imagination and the technique and quality that go into the dishes. The one new dish we never had was the seared scallops. The scallops were on point but the accoutrements that were part of the dish, took it to a new level. I was lucky enough to say thank you to the chef, as he was there. Yes we will miss this place. It will hold special memories of lovely dinners and brunches, of friends enjoying each others company, of being treated special by the staff, of delicious food that filled our hearts and souls. I hope the best for all here at Otium."

"This was our first time at this restaurant and we absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic and the smoothies were great too. I especially enjoyed the ginger lemonade. The atmosphere is laid-back and cool, making it a great spot with delicious food. I noticed they have open mic nights, which I definitely want to come back for and try more of their menu. They have a wide variety of options, including many plant-based options, and can veganize almost anything on the menu. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Josh, who is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He truly is the heart and soul of Tribal Cafe."

"Nice view, good food, and cocktails, plus top notch service from Carlos and Andri. Highly recommend for any special occasion. Spanish Octopus: So tender, well marinated with fresh veggies and pickled onion. A must have. Scallop Pasta: The seared scallop is incredibly fresh and slightly salty, pairing perfectly with the pasta. The tomato sauce is fantastic. Wagyu A5 Striploin: A small 4 oz piece, but packed with a lot of fatty flavor and a melt in your mouth texture. Wagyu Tenderloin: Nice and tender with good flavor. Mac and Cheese: Kind of average. Aioli Toasted Asparagus: Pairs well with the steaks. Pommes Frites: A sensational taste experience. Layered potatoes with a flaky outside texture and buttery soft inside. Mind blowing. Trio of Sorbets: All flavors taste great. Chocolate Soufflé: Freshly baked and a good dessert."
