"I was disappointed with both the food quality and the service from the staff at the front desk. The food didn’t taste as good as at other Honest locations. On top of that, the contact information on Google was incorrect. I spent 20 minutes trying to call two different numbers to place a pickup order. When I informed the owner about the issue, he casually admitted the information was wrong but didn’t seem motivated to correct it. As a regular customer at their other branches, I expected a much better experience."

I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes while the cashier stood to the side, completely ignoring me. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service.

Additionally, the contact information on Google is incorrect. I spent 20 minutes trying to reach them on two different numbers to place a pickup order. When I told the owner about this, he casually admitted the info was wrong but showed no interest in updating it. As a regular customer at all Honest branches throughout NJ, I cannot recommend this location.
