The menu is typical of a Chinese sit-down restaurant. The service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious. Many dishes are offered as a complete meal that includes an entrée, egg roll, soup, and dessert.

The worst Singapore noodles ever. They taste like perfume and old stale water. Today was my first time ordering and I had Singapore noodles, and shrimp with broccoli. My shrimp with broccoli had hair in it. I will never try this place again.

Not sure what?s going on with this restaurant. Been eating here for years because it was a favorite. But the last few times it?s been mediocre. Today, awful. Won ton soup was barely warm. The sesame chicken was questionable and chewy I threw about 85% of itin the trash. Will not be back for awhile? Ver carta

My friend and I ordered general Tso?s and beef broccoli and were not pleased, both sauces were extremely runny hardly any flavor. We also ordered crab rangoons they were extremely hard barely any filling. On top of that the delivery guy called andasked if we were leaving a tip before he dropped our food off when it took him over a hr and a half to drop it off when it?s a15 mins drive to our workplace. Do not recommend.

For the past 20 years, Hong Kong has been my favorite Chinese restaurant, and I measure all other Chinese places against it. I have many favorites, such as egg rolls, wonton soup, chicken noodle soup, Singapore House rice noodles, tasty curry, and the finest Szechuan dishes! My kids especially love the orange chicken and lo mein noodles. The service is always fast, the food is consistently excellent, and the staff is exceptionally friendly!

My family has been coming to this restaurant almost 40 years. The server knows what we order. She knows our whole family. We are mostly vegetarian and there's nothing we have eaten that we don't enjoy. Usually always order vegetable fried rice, steam rice,vegetable egg foo young, garlic broccoli, Szechuan green beans, egg drop or sweet n sour soup and ALWAYS vegetable egg rollsor vegetable spring rolls. Last week, my boyfriend and I ordered from this restaurant, and wow, I don’t think I’ll order from anywhere else again! Our food was prepared quickly and was clearly fresh. The egg rolls were incredible! We also tried green onion pancakes for the first time, and the accompanying sauce was delicious. My boyfriend mentioned that his chicken was slightly overcooked, but he didn’t mind at all because the rest of the meal was absolutely amazing. I can’t believe I spent so long ordering from No. 1 Chinese and overlooked this gem!

Upon moving to Hagerstown, I received several warnings about the lack of good Chinese food in the area. Fortunately, I took the chance to explore and found Hong Kong. While it isn't the most budget-friendly choice, the large portions and reliable quality make it a great value. The food is always served hot, fresh, and delicious. I particularly enjoy the shrimp fried rice, loaded with shrimp, and the sesame chicken, cooked to perfection. Hong Kong has swiftly become our family's favorite spot for Chinese cuisine, and it has consistently impressed us.

This restaurant was SOOOO incredibly wonderful! My family took me there for my birthday and, i searched for chinese buffets and, i got this info back (NOT A BUFFET! , thank God! Its been SO unbelievably AMAZING! Its hard to put into words! The service was SOO beyond expectations and, superb!! I cannot even begin to tell you. Now, it was empty when i got there but, it was just shy of 11am when they opened on a Sat. However, the waitress is absolutely freakin AMAZING, thats no joke.
