"When my order arrived, it only included the BBQ sauce. I thought they must have simply forgotten the cocktail sauce, so I went up to ask for it. A man with a beard approached and bluntly told me it would cost an additional $0.50. I mentioned that it would have been helpful to know that when I paid, especially since I had used my card. He rudely repeated that it would be another $0.50 and brushed me off, claiming he was too busy to address my concern. Ironically, the restaurant was quite slow at the time, with only about six or seven customers. I returned to my seat, and a few minutes later, the man came back and essentially threw the cocktail sauce at me. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but his behavior was unacceptable. Because of how my wife and I were treated, I don’t think I’ll be returning, and I plan to share my experience with others."

"We have lived in Emmett now for 1 1/2 years. Even though we lived only 8 miles from Emmett for the past 16 years we rarely came here to to eat. After checking out a few places we became very fond of the staff at the Artic Circle, therefore they became our primary destination for a quick meal. I know the attrition at fast food restaurants is high but typically teaching the culture is the number one priority for owners and managers. The last several times we have been there (almost always later in the evening) we have noticed an obvious change in the staff. The kindness, generosity, and small town feel is seemingly a thing of the past and has caused us to simply drive away more than once. I am hoping the owners will have the opportunity to read this review, I would challenge them to travel through the drive through as well one evening and judge for themselves if they would rate the experience higher than one star. We would love to support them, however there are others that have now earned our business. This new evening staff needs to understand the importance of great customer service."

I highly recommend trying the All Meat Pizza; it was simply delicious and packed with flavor. The service was equally impressive, also deserving of a 5-star rating. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. As for the atmosphere, it was delightful. The ambiance received a perfect score of 5 as well, creating a welcoming environment that enhanced the overall dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying lunch!"
