I love how late they stay open, love the amount of quality DELICIOUS cookies I get for a small price. The variety of choices is amazing with so many sweets to chose from. Such an amazing place. I hope to see one in every town one day.

I love Insomnia Cookies! When I lived in town, it was the best treat to order delicious and warm cookies. My personal favorites we're the double chocolate cookies. If you need a quick treat in town, just stop by and grab a cookie to go! Or order them when you get home! Ver carta

I did not receive my loaded brownie cookie, just a brownie. I did not get my Ice cream cup. My deluxe cookie was burnt. I did receive a box of 4 cookies and 12 mini cookies I did not order. I would have rather the items been cancelled and refunded than getting stuff I didnt want. Or an explanation at all would have been nice as well. Insomnia is expensive and I would like a choice in what I get.

I'd like to give Insomnia 5 stars. The cookies are amazing, hot and delicious! Unfortunately the staff.... I can't remember a time we've ever felt welcome when we're over to fix cookie. You're not really rude, just irresponsible and they almost make you feel like you're a troubler if you need a second to find out what you want. Luckily, cookies will hold us back. For me, it's the chocolate Chunk and Peanut butter I don't have without!

I sent my son cookies a few times in Jefferson Hall. I'm in Columbus and it's just a way to say I think of him ...Insomnia makes it feel like it's such a small city with its fabulous personal customer service and fast delivery. They promise that they will keep and the cookies are warm and tasty and I will always get a message from my son thank me for the special treat. When I gave an order today, I forgot to put my son's phone number on the order, and someone even called me to check that they had it, so that they could find him if he wasn't in bed and let him know they're coming! Up and beyond at a very busy time of the year!!! Very recommended! Hard to find this kind of service more! Ver carta
