"I had high hopes for this $16 burger, but it fell short. It came topped with American cheese, which I found disappointing. There were no options for side dishes other than chips or fries, and there were no garnishes like lettuce, tomato, onion, or pickles. Even a side salad wasn’t offered. The fish batter was decent, but unfortunately, the fish itself had a somewhat fishy taste. I ordered chips to take home, but when the food was served, everything came in takeout containers. The server brought us plates to transfer the food, and I mentioned that it should have been packaged correctly from the kitchen. She explained that they often struggle with English, so the staff likely misunderstood that only the chips were meant to be to go. Overall, the experience left much to be desired."

It seems we visited on an off day. We encountered a long wait, and our food wasn't served hot. My husband ordered his burger medium rare, but it came out completely dry. I had the fish and chips; while the fish was fantastic, the chips were just average. They also forgot the tartar sauce, and we had to wait a long time for refills on water and soda. Most of the waitstaff appeared to be teenagers. There was another table that arrived after us, yet they received their food much faster. With our toddler in tow, the extended wait for our meals made us regret choosing this restaurant.
