2 drive thru lines, people are yet to understand the concept of merging. It's called take turns. One from this side one from that side get it got it. Anyways my food is always hot!!!

They take long, they are rude as hell, on DoorDash they take an hour longer, don?t call them because their phone number isn?t in service. You might as well pull up an order at yourself. Make sure you ask for fresh fries because they will give you fries fromthe shift before. Worst service ever. Ver carta

I visited the restaurant around 4 AM when they were undergoing a system update and were only accepting mobile orders. I attempted to use the app to place a drive-thru pickup order, but it switched to drive-thru only, leaving me unable to order at all. This restaurant is clearly missing out on business. I sat by the window hoping to receive some assistance; they saw me but ignored me, and I was left sitting there until they had to move me for another car that was departing without placing an order. I ultimately changed my review from 4 stars to 1.

When I got home, I realized that my entire order was wrong, and the buns were clearly Jr. Jumbo Jack buns, which I didn't ask for. There was even a sticker on the bag, which seemed unnecessary and made me wonder if it was a way to mark my order for some kind of mishap. I have no plans to return to this restaurant; it used to be fantastic. The only reason I might consider coming back is for Mark, who has always been kind and accommodating.
